Your 10 Days Morocco Itinerary Casablanca begins with a pickup from Casablanca airport or your hotel. Casablanca is the largest city and the business center of Morocco. You will visit the famous Hassan II Mosque, one of the biggest mosques in the world, located by the Atlantic Ocean. After lunch, we explore the city and visit the Corniche by the sea. Overnight stay in a hotel in Casablanca.
After breakfast, we drive to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. In Rabat, we visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of Oudaya. Then we head to the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the beautiful blue city. Its houses and streets are painted in blue and white, making it a great place for pictures. Overnight stay in a hotel in Chefchaouen.
In the morning, enjoy a walk in the peaceful streets of Chefchaouen. Then we drive to visit Volubilis, the old Roman ruins that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that, we visit Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco. In Meknes, we see Bab Mansour gate, old royal stables, the granary, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Later, we continue to Fes. Overnight stay in a riad in Fes.
After breakfast, we go on a guided tour of Fes, one of the oldest cities in Morocco. You will visit the Royal Palace gate, the Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud), the old Medina, the Bou Inania Madrasa, the old fountains, the tanneries, and the oldest university in the world – the Quaraouiyine. After that, we visit the Jewish Quarter and enjoy a view of the city from a hilltop. Overnight stay in your riad.
We start the day driving to Ifrane, also called the “Switzerland of Morocco” for its European-style buildings and cold weather. Then we stop at the cedar forest near Azrou to see the wild monkeys. After lunch in Midelt, we drive through the Ziz Valley, enjoying amazing views along the way.
In the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga near the Sahara Desert. You ride camels across the golden sand dunes, stop for sunset, and continue to your desert camp. Enjoy dinner, Berber music around the fire, and sleep under the stars in a luxury tent.
Wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, we explore the desert area. First, we drive to visit a traditional eyeliner mine, then meet a nomad family in their tent and learn about their way of life. Next, we go to Khamlia village, where people from Mali and Sudan live. Enjoy their Gnawa music and dancing. After lunch, we visit a palm grove, then return to Merzouga for dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.
After breakfast, we leave the desert and visit Rissani, an old market town. If it’s a market day (Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday), we’ll walk in the traditional souk. Then we stop in Erfoud, famous for fossils and marble.
Next, we drive to the beautiful Todra Gorge, with high cliffs and a river – perfect for walking and photos. After lunch, we continue to the Dades Valley, passing the rock formations called “Monkey Fingers” and enjoying the views. Overnight stay in a hotel.
Today we travel to Kalaat M’Gouna, known for the Rose Valley, where locals make rose products. Then we drive through the Skoura palm groves and reach Ouarzazate, a city famous for film studios.

The camel ride to the desert camp takes about 1 hour each way. If you prefer, you can take a 4×4 instead of riding a camel.
You should bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, warm clothes for the night, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, a small backpack for personal items, and a camera or phone to capture the beautiful desert scenery.
If you have back or knee issues, you can skip the camel trek and take a 4×4 vehicle to the desert camp instead. Let us know in advance, and we will arrange a comfortable transfer for you.
