EXCELLENT Based on 27 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Cruiser18186293217Verified Enjoyable family experience Our family of five landed in Marrakech a full 24 hrs late due to flight issues but Hamid & Mustafa were right there patiently waiting for us at the airport at 2:00AM. It was evident that point on that we were in absolutely good hands for the entire duration of the trip. We enjoyed every moment of the trip. It was so relaxed and at our pace ( with kids). We had sufficient time to explore and soak in all the places. The Riad arrangements were awesome. The food stops were well thought. At one point our son left his laptop behind ( he is wired into his school work) but Hamid & Mustafa worked their contacts to have the laptop to us before we left Morocco. We would highly recommend them for first time travelers with families.Posted on Tripadvisor yency hVerified Best Tour with Hamid in Morocco We did a super 8 days tour with Culture Desert Tours from Casablanca to Marrakech via Fes, desert, Chefchaouen, Atlas Mountains, it was a life time trip with our guide Hamid, who was excellent provided informatin about his beautiful country and provide as with the best services, including hotels, desert camp and camel riding in the desert. I went to Morocco with my friend, and we booked a 7 days Morocco private tour from Casablanca. We visited many wonderful places, including Chefchaouen, Tangier, Rabat, Meknes, Fes, Essaouira, and the Sahara Desert. Each destination was beautiful and full of culture. Our guide was professional and supportive throughout the trip, making sure everything went smoothly. Morocco has kind people, rich culture, and stunning landscapes. The camel ride to the desert camp takes about 1 hour each way. If you prefer, you can take a 4×4 instead of riding a camel.
Comfortable clothes, walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and warm layers for desert nights are recommended.
If you have back or knee issues, you can skip the camel trek and take a 4×4 vehicle to the desert camp instead. Let us know in advance, and we will arrange a comfortable transfer for you.
Yes, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meal options are available. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking.
The best time is spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November) when the weather is not too hot or too cold.
Morocco is generally safe, but solo female travelers should take extra care, especially at night and in rural areas. Cities like Marrakech, Fes, and Chefchaouen are busy and well‑patrolled, but after dark it’s best to avoid quiet alleys, poorly lit streets, and remote neighborhoods. In rural areas and the desert, always let someone know your plans and, if possible, travel with a trusted guide or group.
Dress modestly to avoid unwanted attention and stay confident when walking. Street harassment can happen, so ignore it and keep moving. Using registered taxis or pre‑arranged transfers at night is safer than walking. Overall, with awareness and normal travel precautions, solo female travelers can enjoy Morocco safely.
Wear loose, modest clothes that cover shoulders and knees. Avoid very tight or revealing outfits, especially in rural areas and religious sites.
